120V 4A high-side and low-side gate driver NGD4300 evaluation board

The NGD4300 evaluation board features a 4 layer PCB with separated ground layers for logic and power domains. Performing a synchronous buck conversion functionality using two NMOS transistors, it can operate with rail voltages of up to 120 V and has a 4 A current drive and sink capability.

The NGD4300 gate driver IC can drive N-channel MOSFETs for high-side/low-side switching in dynamic applications such as DC-to-DC conversion or motor control.
